remove tramp on a nacra 450

I want to replace the tramp of a NACRA450 but the staps off the front beam wont come off.Any ideas.What is going on under the beam.Thank you and sorry for my poor english. -

The beam may be bedded with 5200. If you have removed the 2 bolts and it won't budge, I would use a board and place it under the beam in a way that it supports the boats weight. Make sure the hull cannot drop too far without being supported as well, but leave a gap for it to drop. Then use a heat gun inside of the beam to loosen the adhesive and slowly work it off. You might try to pass a thin wire through the bed.
