Meaning the boat returned to stock rig for some reason?

No - i made a comment but couldn't find the image to back it up so i tried to remove my post - but i couldn't
What i was gonna say was:
Steve doesn't sail anymore and i doubt he is gonna see this thread (i may be wrong)
His bow foil was similar to the nacra NA5.8 bow foil that was used (you should be able to google it and find out more)
His foil was attached via something like a flattened mast tang - that was probably through bolted
The foil was not high and was just above the bow tangs.

Thanks MN3, I've been looking at photos of 5.8s , haven't found any clear ones . I think this modification has been done on other darts also. Doesn't seem very complicated.
