  • That's kinda cool! But if you have to stand up to hold onto the boom, the way you do on a windsurfer, it loses a lot of its catamaran-like charm in my eyes.

    I have to say, I'm tempted to build an F12 with my son when he's a little older. I think it would be a good experience for him (and me!) and would give him a solo boat of his own.

    This thing looks like it's only a little smaller than an F12. I wonder if you could stick an F12 sized rig on this and wind up with a little pocket rocket.

  • I've seen a couple on KSL before but they were not complete with mast and sails. One was listed for $100 once but at the time I was unsure how I would be able to make a useable craft out of it.
