Hi all, I am a former club racer with a lot of monohull experience. I've been out of sailing and racing for quite some time. I am about to turn 70 and really want to get back into sailing and think a multihull is the way to go for me these days. I've landed on trimarans as probably the best way for me to go. The boats that I'm considering are the Weta 4.4, the Astus 16.5, the Corsair Sprint 750 and the Supertramp. I'm afraid my hull flying days are over but I like what I see in multihull performance. I live in Southwestern Oregon, so most of my sailing will probably be lake sailing unless I decide to go be part of the food chain in Brookings, Coos Bay or Newport. I am trying to find a good source of used boats ideally out here on the West Coast. Any thoughts and help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
