P16 Mast hinge

Hi all, can you please tell me what is missing from this P16 mast hinge and if the mast looks original? Thoughts and opinions please. Thanks in advance :)

It is likely that you have a P15 mast or at least mast base. I could not find the bracket that rivets to the mast, but here is a link to the correct mast base.
