that's what (some) people think when they get a "free" boat
it COULD be a great find, or it could be a good salesperson with a boat with soft spots, rat holes (sails or hulls), trailer hubs waiting to fly off on the highway ....
but could be sweet. make him an offer on 1 hull? ;) -

We have found another cheap H16 - hope to go and look at it this week. Not as nice looking as that one!
