  • What is the mast and where is it located?

Mixing used parts with new is problematic these days, you need separate customs documents.

The mast (new) is in Sweden. It's a carbon mast for a Tornado

  • I am going to hijack this thread for a while. But speaking of international mail, do you know how does posting something to and from the UK looks like now? I have a family in the UK, and they have the rest of my sailing equipment. It was supposed to be mailed in December but well covid got in the way of thing, and then with Brexit, all hell broke loose. At the beginning of the year, we were told to hold our horses because rules and regulations are a mess. Now I am at the starting line of a new sailing season and I need my stuff. The question being, do they send it or do I buy a new one. I thought mailing might be cheaper but I don't know now.

  • You need to talk to a shipping agent in the U.K. I've had no issues with Fedex from Australia to the U.S, but I'm not sure how that is now. More flights are operating so there is more space for cargo.
