They say the only sure things in life are death and taxes. I will add two more that I am absolutely sure of. The first is easy, gravity. The second is some omnipresent invisible force in the universe which I hereby declare will be called the "boater PO force." This force draws on all the matter in the universe to prevent you from getting your boat in the water and enjoying yourself no matter how much planning you do. Here is mine for today.
