    Love the description

    But could be a good set of hulls if it's a 1990.

    Trailer is poorly homemade, front and rear hull supports are very close together.
    Hard to be sure, but it looks like P16 hulls with a mast from an 18.
    Possibly spare parts thrown together in kit form...
