Plate for mainsheet blocks  Bottom

    The mainsheet blocks that came with a boat I bought are missing a plate for the cam cleat. Any ideas where I can source this plate? Will include pictures if what I have and an example a friend sent me. I would mount the cam cleat where his example has an eye strap.
