I have a new to me NACRA F16 from 2015 with C foils. The foil holders are placed all the way forward in the foil slots--we want to adjust them backwards to get more rake. But it seems that every time you need to re-screw the screws, weakening the side holders for the upper cassette/holder. We also think we will need to make a number of adjustments and therefore more holes. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? Use bolts? Are there adjustable cassette/holding systems for the 2015 C foil system? We are also swapping out the rubber friction pads that hold the dagger foils in place. Any ideas on DIY friction materials to avoid the high priced Hobie Tiger kits that cost around $15 per pad? Erasers? Squeege rubber? Lots of questions from C foil newbie--any help welcome!
