Wooden Tornado- Need Rig

I am looking into building a wooden Tornado that will not be raced very much/ at all in class (maybe with the other T at our yacht club). I need a full rig (spars, sails, rudders, boards) with the emphasis on price (cheap) not performance. Does anyone know where I can get this used? New is much too expensive, but if one of the super-competitive racers is willing to sell me his old practice sails for cheap... that would be cool Thanks Guys!

Report back with pictures of your fully rigged Tornado. You said you were building, what method/materials/plans and from scratch?
