to embed the picture in the post you have to use the url of the actual picture and not the url (address) of the page it's on.
It's easiest to get the picture url using Firefox, just go to the picture and right click, choose "copy image location", then in your forum post click the Image button, that will insert tags like this
then right click between those tags and select paste.
If it's the picture from your page link above you end up with
which becomes this
If you don't have Firefox and using Internet Explorer, right click on the image and choose "properties" at the bottom of the menu, then copy/paste the Address (URL) info.
