I'm just overcautious, the reason being is that I sail solo or with my wife and daughters, none of which can singlehand the boat if I'm left behind (nor have a special interest on it). The first time I capsized it was a pitchpole, with my daugther on the trapeze, she was 10 or probably younger, and it took her a couple years to sail again and few more to trust me again. Since then I've payed more attention. With a more expert -and probably heavier- crew it would probably be different, I understand that never capsizing can also be a sign of not pushing your limits.
