You will basically need to re-connect the hull side wall to the deck. I think the majority of the glass will be added to the inside of the hull, but you will probably also want to added some glass to the outside of the hull. Dealing with the existing hull/deck joint is going to be a pain. Here is a link to a post I put up on the Hobie forum describing deck seam reinforcement I did on my Hobie 18. This may be helpful. I think you would have to basically do the same thing but to an even greater extent.
Keep in mind that the hull/deck seam is critical to the hull's strength, especially right at the front crossbar connection. The failed seam could easily allow the hull to collapse and snap off the bow.
