Regatta Network is powered by USSailing, not the YC, but that doesn't matter in any case.
I'm not and never will be again a member of USSailing and I'm pretty sure I've registered for races via RN.
But y'know, that doesn't matter either - if you have trouble with online registration just contact the regatta organizers and they'll help you out. The only requirement for regatta entry is liability insurance, let me repeat, INSURANCE...[/quote]
