When looking for a boat, you must ask them to press down (two hands) with 30 lbs all over the decks as well as hull sides. Had a guy do it on the decks of a white set one time, he said solid. They were solid. Hull side were totally delamd! There are several P-16's here for $5-700, but it's just not cost effective for me to spend a day driving 5 hrs. Shipping is sketchy cause I can't box them. Lot of P-16s sold in Houston area--keep looking.

I can see you have experience in shipping hulls based on some of your old posts. do you know what the total price to ship to Houston would be? Is the hull good and solid? I'm willing to pay a little more to ship it, knowing I'll have a good hull. I found some boats around dallas for sale, but the responses I got when I asked about hull condition were questionable...I don't want to end up in the same situation...having a second set of good hardware with a junk hull/s that's almost unusable.

I'm willing to drive up to 300-400 miles to get them. I have considered shipping but I'm not sure how to go about all that and I'm not sure about shipping costs. At that point it might be about the same price to buy another complete boat. I'm just in a tough spot I paid 1200 for the boat and one of the hulls is junk. It was my first time buying a catamaran
