It has all of those...just no jib sail.
The blocks, furler and proper rigging PLUS the dolphin striker. I can get a jib, but it will be new and raise the price another $500. I would leave it to the buyer to figure that out.

It will need a jib, jib sheets and jib blocks to be considered a TURBO, otherwise it is just a Hobie 14
