This is the frame or cross bar insert. It's attached to the boat and leaks behind this... Use your old rusty knife to start it, ya might need the hammer... "Work it" to loosen it enough to get the screw drivers under it. Kinda raise and TWIST the drivers to get it up.. Make sure ya pull straight out-- (it has 2 prongs behind it).
