OK here we go. After ya remove the INSERT scrape both boat & insert with the razor and clean it good.. That black tape ya see next to it is where the seat goes in. I cover that for winter storage~~ If water or snow gets down in there it'll crack the tubes and also leak there. When I put my seats in for the summer run a bead of calk/sealant around it... water can come in there to... NOW after ya do all that and ya put it back toghter you'll see a (L)&(R) stamped on the insert--forget the L&R... Put the FLAT side of the inserts facing IN towards the middle of the boat, thats where the BOLT-ROPE would be for the tramp.(I think it can only go on one way) but just so ya know...
