The dock wheels have 3/4" holes in them to flood them. I plugged the holes with plastic hole plugs from Ace (50 cents each). One hole was smaller and had to be drilled out to 3/4. I siliconed them in. Plugging the holes reduces the weight of everything as you push up out of the water.
