This is the bitter end of the purchase line. The 16mm micro bullet block is added after completing the reeving via luggage tag technique. Again, the yellow doublebraid is a temporary tender and is not part of the system. To this block is added the active double braid sheet that rigs under the tramp through cheek blocks mounted to the underside of the beam, then to port and starboard on the boat through cleats. This adds 2:1 purchase to the existing 3:1 purchase, yielding a 6:1 purchase active jib downhaul.
