The single 16mm micro block attached to the spin pole ring is used for turning the 2mm Amsteel 3:1 purchase line. The double block is used for the jib sheet. When the single block is rigged and tensioned it is in alignment with and parallel to the back of the forestay. Not pictured is a limiter line (like a soft shackle made out of Amsteel) that attaches to an eyestrap on the spin pole forward of the ring and then through the spin pole bridle ring. This stabilizes the bridal from being pulled back do to the sheet tension of the jib sheet and jib downhaul.
