The rearmost hole has taken some hits and has a piece missing. The holes have wornout to oversize, the plastic sleeves are slopping around. After I have gotten the holes snug again both rudders will get new paint.

The tips of of both rudders have taken some abuse and have a split. I will pour in some epoxy and clamp tight. Afterwards some thickened epoxy to fill up and new paint.

The rudder bars were sloppy also. The tubes are a bit smaller than the holes in the castings. Previous owner had rolled some plastic tape on the tube to make it fit. As you can see the holes are worn out and oversize. I'm thinkin of wrapping some fibergla
