One Up One Down

Rudder/tiller assembly installed with one rudder up and one rudder down. You can see how the shock cord will hold the blade either in the up or the down position.

This isn't my favorite arrangement for rudder blades, but I've been assured by a fellow P-Cat sailor that it does keep the blades down, and they will kick up if they hit anything.
