After Marking I decided where to drill holes for the bolts and marked them. TIP: use a punch to mark the center of the drill hole. This keeps the bit from wandering around on the metal. Drill the holes as straight as you can get with your eye or some crazy device you make. My mast was on the trailer at an angle but I did pretty well. After drilling I used a tap to thread the hole so I could screw the bracket down. The Extra bolts are from plan A that I abandoned
