Bronze lug bedded in thickened epoxy before fairing. I used micro-fibers to thicken the epoxy. This gives maximum bonding strength between the lug and the layer of new epoxy resin glass below and maximizes the bond between the layers of glass above to the thickened areas in between the glass laminate.
