Pump is for filling balloons & can be obtained at any dollar Store for a buck or two.5-10 strokes give enough volume.

I added a bit of soft rubber hose, with a nozzle that was used to inflate air mattresses.The nozzle is to small for the hull, just wrap a bit of bubble wrap around the end.It is safe, quiet, & you don't need anyone to help

Voila. A few strokes safely pressurizes the hull. You can then leave the pump dangle while you slosh soapy water with a large sponge.It is quiet & you don't need anyone else to help.
