Removing play in Nacra tiller bar

Here's a modification to eliminate the play between the tiller bar and the rudder head. I have machined an aluminum rod to slide fit inside the tiller bar. I drilled through the 4 existing holes and tap them #10-24. Replaced the rivet by 4 stainless screw plus loctite.
