Your Hobie furler has bad bearings, broken spool, whatever.
This is a VERY easy project.
Everything you need to change bearings is pictured,(part #'s are on bags).
You can make do without the snap ring pliers, but they make life far easier, & can be purchased on sale for $6. In the US any auto parts store, or something like Harbour Freight. In Canada, Canadian Tire.
Note the snap ring next to the white plastic washer...removal of two of these equals total disassemble.
