Seized Bolt Surgery

I had a bow tang bolt that was completely bonded to the aluminum anchor. The solution; my trust dremel and a cutting blade. I cut the slot deeper, then put the blade between the bottom of the screw head and tang and carefully worked my way in. Worked like a charm.
