P16 transom repair and support arm

This is how I repaired the weaken transom on my P16. After years of travels and beach landings I had damaged both transoms on my P16. After making the needed fiberglass repairs I had a 1/8 inch aluminum plate cut to reinforce transom area. I then made a support arm to support the rudders during travel but swings away to unload the boat.
