Replacing Trailer Rollers with Cradles

This shows the process of installing Hobie cradles for my Hobie 18. The front roller broke while we were stepping the mast. The bracket broke and the roller split. With 2 people the job took less than 30 minutes.

While stepping our mast the starboard roller on the front collapsed. Really glad it did not happen while trailering her to the lake.

One person lifts boat, another person removes rollers and inserts cradles. Align boat on trailer as desired. Place single strip of tape from cradle to trailer support for re-alignment later.
