Section of the tyre. In the bottom is a plug (oranage part) made of chip board to keep the concrete in and a smaller one to keep the tube in place. The yellow parts are stones or pieces of bricks, this way you dont need to make that much concrete. Eyebolt

Chip board plug, tube and steel in place. The plug does not have to fit airtight, I just made the first concrete patch to be a bit "thicker". After this the stones are set to the tyre outer parts.
