3 layers of 6 oz cloth under foam filled & shaved to fair

Covered with 2 layers of 8 oz. cloth & used a little white in the West System to make it look better.

Added bracing used in boat made after 1989, I think. Used 1/4 inch core cell which looks similar to the other bulkheads on this 1986 built cat.

Copy of top cap bracing using split 3" PCV to make the shape, it is better to set in place while the edges are still damp with west, but the curve is hard enough to hold shape, about 45 minutes before flipping into place.

Clamping on the top caps using one thin coat of West on both sides & a bead of Six-10 West to fill the voids, I used plastic packing tape under the bracing to keep it from bond to the brace & Q-tips to clean the excess
