Thinking of returning to cat sailing in southeast florida

I had a catamaran years ago that I kept at the Miami yacht club. Curious if anybody knows where I can keep one mast up with access to the bay or the ocean? Considering an older Marstrom or possible and ARC.

Can't help with mast up storage in Miami, but wanted to welcome you back to beachcat sailing!
