Which Hobie is this? Has wings

No wind today, so I scored some points and took my wife out in the canoe. Life in the slow lane! I stopped by the place where we bought our $100 snark to show here where it was. They had this here:

The hulls seemed very solid. Wings and tramp had seen too much sun.

Based on the graphics it's a mid 90's Hobie 17
Hobie 17 Sport
It can be a good boat, depending on your weight. But, this also depends on how competitive you want to be. I'm sure you and your wife could have fun.

I think that is the 17 Sport Field
they also make a Mountain version that requires snow and slope

Excellent, although if we still had hills we would just ski them.

I have about 1.5 too many catamarans, so I think I'd pass.
