Prindle 16 jib rigging

Hello all, so I recently purchased a Prindle 16 and beyond the soft/cracking noises in the hull (which I will be fixing soon) this boat is great! I had her out on the water and she seems to sail great (once you figure everything out).

My question is that I have downloaded the manual for the Prindle 16 and I appear to have some extra hardware that doesn't show up in the manual.

Here is how my rig lines are setup:

The red line (jib sheet) should be 2:1 by tying off at the becket on jib block, then going thru small block (pulley) attached to clew of sail (preferable by a foot long 1/4" line. And red line should be continuous lying on tramp, not two ends. Blue line (barber hauler ) is correct but only used going on a reach (not to weather). Red line should be about 26-30', blue line 20". Fix the deck before you break off a bow! Pete
Here's how I've rigged my P18:

Thanks Pete! I will be fixing the hulls very soon. Do you recommend epoxy from West Marine or will the cheaper epoxy for Lowe's be fine? I've read a few reviews and everyone seems to like the West system because of the longer cure time.

Anahr: your lines are very nice. DI'd you tie the blue line back to the cleat or some over point? Where did you get the stainless rings? I really like that especially since you hardly use them.

Yes, I tied the ends of the job sheets to the top pin of the fiddle block/cleat.

This is the ring I got: http://www.baronusa.net/a…-x-1-1-2-6-x-40-mm-/1625

This place has a fantastic selection and amazing prices.
