and a second place finish among 20 or so Hobie 16's. It was a great event (Rags to Rich's Regatta in Grayton Beach, FL). Awesome sailing conditions, steady wind and mild surf. The guy who beat me made an amazing tack to the first bouy that essentially won the race since I was never able to catch him from that point on. It was really cool to see so many other Hobie's on the beach.
