Yeah at that price and description I was trying to figure out if I could get it shipped up here!! I wonder what's wrong with it.

I was wondering the same, but if it won the little americas cup it can't be too beat up icon_confused
That is a hot looking boat, and I've raised a Bimare Javelin 18HT mast, the 34 1/2 foot (10.5 meter) carbon is so light it's amazing.

Makes me think that sailing one of these solo and treating it like a giant A-Class (with spin) would be the ticket for a "larger" beachcatter.

I understand that the Javelin had a flaw where the rear beam is considered too low and a lot of them have been modified to raise it. I'm not sure how bad this actually was.

I'd be a happy camper if there was a mast i could right with very little help. Lightweight boat would mean its waaay easier to push on sugary sand and easier to right. On the other hand, i still have a couple years worth of learning before i have any business sailing a CF boat.

I bet sailing a uni-rig is quite different than what most of us are used to.
