18HT Project - lots of spare parts left over from the 2003 Tybee 500 / Worrell that never happened
Mast (minus the base)
Hulls and beams
2 x Tramps
2 x Mains and 1 or 2 booms
3 x Spinnakers (1 very used, 1 used, 1 nearly new)
3 x spinnaker poles with hoop and snuffers (both carbon and aluminum versions)
Complete rudder assemblies with crossbar and carbon tiller

Mainsheet, standing rigging, and trap lines.
Mast, hull, and beams have been stored outside and will need some elbow grease to clean them up. Everything else was stored indoors and is in good condition.
Build a mast base for the mast and you will have everything to assemble a complete boat with plenty of spares left over.
For those not familiar with the F18HT - it was designed as a faster alternative to the F18. Carbon mast and hulls, squaretop main, and a larger spinnaker. The boat fully assembled only weighs aprox 245lbs.
The end result is a race boat with a portsmouth rating significantly faster than today's F18. It can also be easily sailed solo since it's designed as a unrig/main only upwind, and spinnaker with launcher/snuffer for easy sets and douses.
