Tradewinds blow around 10-15 mph every day and the average temperature of air and water is around 80-85 degrees. The motel has a small beach and docks. Guests of the motel can launch free, or if staying elsewhere, there is launching a few doors down at the Caribbean Club for $5 in and out. If you don't have a boat, guests can use the resort's boat free, which include, Hobie 16, 18s, a Wave, Laser, Sunfish, kayak, rowing scull.
