Beach conditions: Poor
Traffic conditions: Fair
Safety: Good

About the place:
From I-405 south of LAX airport, take the 90 Fwy. west. At the end, go left on Mindanao and left on Admiralty way. One block, right on Fiji way. First entrance on your right. Pay the toll gate and go to rigging area. When set up, launch at 6 stall ramp (3 float docks). There is a 15 minute tie up rule as you go to park your car and trailer in the huge lot attached. No big rush. There is a flush toilet and water fountain. It is a nice marina to sail in and if you prefer the real thing, just tack upwind for about 1 1/2 miles to the harbor entrance. There is good wind most every day from 11am 'till dusk. On shore wind and waves make it safe. Heavily patrolled by Coast Gaurd, Sherrif, and County Life Gaurd (fire dept.). Make sure your registartion is paid up, especially on your vessel.
