About the place:
There is a Catamaran Beach above 21st street, about 32 masts at peak season. You can sail up to Corson's inlet & have a beer at the Deauville Inn or sail South to Avalon Beach. It is ~100.00 a season (may-Oct) to keep your boat on the beach. Sailors bury boxes for their chairs & windsocks. We have an informal regatta in August. Lifeguards will not let you beach your cat on swim beaches during peak season. Sept is my fave month. We camp at Belleplain State park for 10.00 a night! You will need a 4x4 to get your boat up & down the sand. This is my 6th year. We sail to the Wildwood regatta every year.(110+ Hobies)
