About the place:
If you live in NM, you know that ANY kind of sailable water is hard to find. Cochiti lake is one of the best of the few lakes near Albuquerque, its about an hours drive N. on I-25. Since it is a no-wake lake, there are few problems with powerboats, and none with PWC such as Sea Doos, they can't stand it when they have to go slow. Cochiti is a very small lake, but its the only one relatively close to NM's biggest cities, and great for a quick weekend day sail.
