Take 60 Freeway E and go S on I-215 about seven miles to Ramona Parkway. Follow signs to the east. There's a special cove for sailors- Sail Cove- dont use the regular launch ramp. You can launch from the sand/ dirt beach, take the trailer right down to waters edge- then go park it on the paved lot. It's not usually crowded except in mid-summer. The water level varies thru the year. The west part of the lake is reserved for sailboats but the whole lake is open if you can handle all the skiers and Jet-Skis.
