About the place: Lewis and Clark is one of the many lakes made by the Corps of engineers on the Missouri River in SD. The shore line opposite from Hobie Beach has tall cliff which provide a spectaculcular backdrop during sunsets. The wind can be hellacious and consequently the waves can be too. This was the site of the 99 div. 7 championships. A great time. Located just west of Yankton, SD.
