Good, fairly consistent wind in the afternoon. PWC and other powerboat traffic can be heavy at times. There is a large sandy beach, surrounded by a grassy area with picnic tables and BBQ grills. Very nice boat ramp and docks, although sometimes gets crowded, especially on long weekends.
