About the place:
Part II of First Entry: I forgot to mention the wonderful warmt, clean, azure waters of Biscayne Bay. It is warm year-round. I may wear a wetsuit in January only to want to tear it off after an hour. There is a lot of versatility for hardcores that like 15-20 knot winds as well as for softies like me who like to lurk around in 5 to 10 knots. You can avoid the strong winds simply by crossing under the bridge to the opposite side of Key Biscayne and there you can hide from the gusts depending on the direction its blowing. Also, I am entering a "good" rating for safety when considering that if you capsize, there will be a fellow sailor at your aid in less than 20 minutes average. That goes for any kind of emergency. There are also cops and paramedics that are constantly cruising the beach in search of hot-looking babes. Voala!! Instant aid in an emergency!! Again, the only problem I foresee with this sailing haven is the overcrowdiness when you arrive past 10:00 a.m. Once you locate and seize a spot, your home free!!!!
