    HI all,
    there are plenty of dangerous drunks around -and not just in Texas. I wonder if that
    snorkler that was 500 yards off South Padre Island in the Laguna Madre with no dive flag,
    and no float in tow was a drunk- almost ran over him in a fishing boat- but we managed a
    last minute turn. -and then there was that hit and run boater hiding out in San Antonio for
    a while before being caught- always watch out for drunks and skunks.
